Pudding:
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Cocoa
2/3 cup white sugar
1 cup coconut (optional)
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk

Topping:
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
3 Tbsp Cocoa
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding ingredients and place in a greased 4 quart casserole dish.
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over pudding.
Pour 2 cups hot water over pudding/topping. DO NOT STIR
Cook in preheated oven at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream.
