1 cup Flour
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
¼ cup Fat-Free Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
⅓ cup Brown Sugar Twin
⅓ cup Sugar Twin
1 lg Egg
1 lg Egg White
1 tsp Vanilla
½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
¼ cup Pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 375º.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Stir in applesauce, brown sugar twin, and sugar twin. Mix until smooth. Add egg, egg white and vanilla. Beat with mixer until well combined. Add flour mixture, chocolate chips and pecans. Mix well with wooden spoon. The batter will be slightly runny. Drop the batter on a greased cookie sheet by rounded Tbsp 2 inches apart to form 32 cookies. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer cookies to racks and let cool.
