Cookie:
6 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 sticks butter
6 eggs
Approximately 1/2 cup milk
Approximately 1 cup crunchy peanut butter

Icing:
1 can evaporated milk
1 box confectioner's sugar
2 Tablespoons butter
Vanilla to taste

Directions:

Cookie:
Cream butter until real fluffy. Beat in sugar, then eggs. Add milk and peanut butter last. Bake at 375-400º until light brown. While still hot, brush with icing.

Icing:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
