1 cup butter, softened
2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups sifted plain flour
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
Dash of salt
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix together the butter, cream cheese and flour. Press into small muffin tins. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and rest of ingredients. Fill tins with fillings. Do not fill full. They puff up as they bake. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes, then 250º for 10 minutes.
