1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Cream sugar, butter, eggs and oil. Add rest of ingredients. Drop on cookies sheet. Press down with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350º for 7 minutes.
