1 cup Sugar (optional: additional amount for topping)
2 eggs
2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Cream butter and a cup of sugar. Add well-beaten eggs, then milk, vanilla, flour, salt, and baking powder. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Roll dough, cut into desired shapes and sprinkle sugar on top, if desired. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
