4c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1½ c butter
2 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2c chocolate chips
2 c pecans (optional)

Whip wet ingredients till fluffy. Mix in all dry ingredients.Add chips and nuts to dry then add all to wet ingredients Cook at 375º for 12 to 15 minutes
