1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º
Cream together the sugar, brown sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla.
In a small bowl combine the flour, baking soda. Add to the wet ingredients, roll into 1 inch balls, smash with a fork making a criss cross design. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
