2⅔ c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter softened
⅔ c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar firmly packed
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
5 dozen chocolate kisses

Preheat oven to 375º

Put flour, baking soda & salt in bowl, set aside. In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter & peanut butter until well blended. Add: granulated & brown sugar - beat until fluffy. Add eggs & vanilla, beat until smooth, Stir in flour mixture until well combined. Using level tablespoon shape into ball, roll in granulated sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 minutes remove from oven, press unwrapped kiss on top, return to oven and bake 2 minutes longer. Cool completely.
