Preheat oven: 350º

Need:
9x9 glass or tin pan greased
6 to 8 Macintosh or Gala Apples (or your favorite apple to bake with)
½ c. Flour
½ c. Sugar (melted)
½ tsp. Baking powder
½ c. Margarine
Cinnamon
1 egg

Directions:

1. Peel and slice apples thin and place on bottom of pan
2. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon on the apples
3. Sift the baking powder(bp), sugar and flour
4. Crack egg and mix with the flour/bp/sugar mixture with fork or hands to make a crumbled like mixture.
5. Spread crumbled mixture over the apples evenly
6. Pour melted margarine over crumbled mixture evenly
7. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over mixture
8. Cook on middle rack for 45 minutes
9. Cool for 15 minutes
10. Enjoy with your favorite flavor of ice cream
