Ingredients:
2 cups butter
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
5 cups blended oatmeal
4 cups all purpose flour
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 - 8 oz. chocolate bar (grated)
3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with the flour, oatmeal flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Note: Once you start adding the dry ingredients the mixture gets very thick / stiff. I put parchment paper on the counter (or just flour the counter) and dump the whole thing out and mix by hand (saves you from burning up your mixer).
