CREAM:
1 cup butter
1½ cup sugar
Zest of 1 orange
Zest of 1 lemon
2 eggs
COOKIES:
2¾ cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
GLAZE:
2 cups icing sugar
Orange zest
Lemon zest
2 tablespoons of both orange and lemon juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine butter, sugar, eggs, lemon and orange zest. Add flour, salt and baking powder, mix well. Drop with scoop onto your cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack. Dip the top of your cookies in glaze. Enjoy!
