2 cups flour
2 Tbs plus 1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 c. oil or shortening
1 1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
mix dry ingredients, mix in shortening using 2 knives. Make a well in the dry ingr. Add milk. mix as little as possible until all wet. grease pan with 1 tsp oil or shortening. Drop with spoon onto pan and bake at 425' for 10 minutes
