1 c butter, softened
1/2 c and 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 t vanilla
2 1/4 c flour
1/2 c raspberry preserves, strained

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in flour. Roll dough, one quarter at a time, to approx 1/4 inch thick on a lightly floured surface. Cut into rounds with a one-inch cookie cutter. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down in center of each cookie with finger tip to make a little hallow. Spoon in a tiny amount of jelly. Bake at 300º 18 minutes or until edge of cookie begins to brown. Do not brown cookie.
