2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
6 tblsp shortening
⅔ c milk

All ingredients should be chilled then mixed quickly
Roll out on floured surface with floured rolling pin
Place on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 400º 12-14 minutes until lightly golden on edges
