1 C raisins covered in water cook until tender. Keep 3/4C liquid
1/2 C butter
1 C sugar
1 egg

3/4 C flour
1 tsp each of: B. powder, cinnamon (nutmeg), pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp each of: B. soda, salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar and egg until fluffy.
Sift together dry ingredients
Add raisin liquid to egg mixture, then add flour

Grease pan Bake @ 350º for 20 mins
