1 lb canned Almond Paste
1-1/2 cups Sugar
3 large Egg Whites
1-1/2 cups Pine Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper


Crumble almond paste, beat with mixer until fine, sprinkle sugar over paste until incorporated. Beat in egg whites, one at a time, until dough is smooth. Roll 1 tablespoon of dough into pine nuts then place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes until edges begin to brown.
