3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 TBSP flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, salt and vanilla in bowl until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually until stiff.

Combine pecans and flour--mix well, fold in with coconut into egg whites.

Drop by teaspoon 2 " apart on parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake 350º for 10-12 minutes..

Makes 24.
