1 1/4 C graham cracker crumbs
1/4 C margarine
4 T sugar
2 - 8 oz cream cheese
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
4 C marshmallow
1/3 C milk
1 small cool whip
8x8x2" cake dish or 7x11" cake dish
Directions:
Directions:
Beat 2 - 8oz cream cheeses, 2 T lemon juice, and 1tsp vanilla. Take 4 C marshmallows and 1/3 C milk beat in a pan over hot water with a heavy wooden spoon till smooth. Put into the cream cheese, beat, and fold in one small cool whip. Put on crumbs and chill.
