2 eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp anise extract
1¼ c flour
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar on low speed for 20 minutes. Add anise, gradually stir in flour and salt.

Drop by 1/2 tsp on greased and floured sheet. Let stand 6 to 8 hours or overnight.

Bake at 325º until pale yellow on bottom, about 10 to 12 minutes.
