2 STICKS MARGARINE OR BUTTER, SOFTENED.
1 CUP WHITE SUGAR
1 CUP QUICK OATS
2 TEAS BAKING SODA
2/3 C PACKED BROWN SUGAR
½ TEAS SALT
1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
1 TEAS VANILLA
1 PKG 12 OZ, SEMI CHOC CHIPS
2 EGGS
2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

HEAT OVEN TO 350.

BEAT MARGARINE, SUGARS, PEANUT BUTTER, VANILLA AND EGGS IN LARGE BOWL UNTIL CREAMY. MIX IN FLOUR, OATS, BAKING SODA AND SALT.

STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS. DROP BY ROUNDED TABLESPOONFULS ABOUT 2 INCHES APART ONTO UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.

BAKE 10-12 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. COOL 1 MINUTE, REMOVE TO WIRE RACK. ABOUT 4 DOZEN COOKIES ADD 2/3 CUP FLOUR IF OMITTING OATS.
