1 ½ pound oreos, crushed
reserve ¼ cup
2 sticks melted oleo
2-8 oz cream cheese
8 ounce cool whip
2 cups 4x sugar
6 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
8 ounce cool whip

Pour oleo over all but ¼ cup oreos and press on bottom 13x9 pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese, cool whip, 4 x sugar, and spread over cookie crumb crust. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Prepare pudding mix per pkg and spread over cream cheese layer. Let set in fridge 15 minutes. Spread cool whip over the pudding and sprinkle the reserved oreos on top. Cover tightly and refrigerate.
