4 cups water
3 eggs
2/3 cup oil
2 Tbsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
3 Tbsp yeast
14-15 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingred in the order listed. Knead dough really well, at least 5 min in machine. Raise dough in warm place until doubled in size. Roll dough into buns. Place onto pans and raise again covering rolls with tea towels and then plastic bags on top, until rolls have doubled in size. Remove towel and plastic and bake buns at 400º for 15-18 min or until golden brown.

I mix and match white and whole wheat flours and substitute at least 2 cups of flax instead of flour.
