1 C. Light Brown Sugar
1/3 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Flour
1 Egg White- stiffly beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Pecans- finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix light brown sugar, salt, and flour together. Put through (sift) colander with rather large holes.

Separately, beat egg white till fluffy. Add vanilla to egg white. Add sugar mixture and mix well. Combine both mixtures and then add pecans; mix well.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275º for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Remove from cookie sheet immediately. If cookie breaks up while removing, reshape with your hands. Cookie will hold its reshape as it cools.
