1 (16 ounce) package spinach leaves, washed & stemmed
1 (10 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced (or) diced
1/4 pound bacon, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup raw mushrooms, sliced
4 scallions (green onions), chopped

Salad Dressing:

3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup catsup
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. grated onion
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Make salad dressing.

Toss together. Enjoy!
