CRUST:
2 cups flour
1 cup shortening (1/2 butter)
2 tbsp sugar
Pinch salt
Mix like pie crust. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes in a 9x13 pan.

FILLING:
5 cups rhubarb (cut fine) mix with 2 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
6 egg yolks
4 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar with rhubarb, add remaining ingredients. Pour over baked crust and bake for 45 minutes.

MERINGUE:
Beat 6 egg whites
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
Beat tbsp sugar in one at a time.
Put back in the oven to brown the meringue 5-10 minutes.
