2 (4 lbs. 2.5 oz.) cans Solid White Tuna
10 Eggs- hard boiled, diced, not too fine
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. White Pepper
7½ C. Real Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Tuna in colander. Then flake the tuna without making it mushy.

Separately, add remaining ingredients together; mix well.

In large bowl, mix well the mayonnaise mixture and tuna together by hand. Again, be careful not to make mush of the tuna.
