1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2½ cups oatmeal, blended
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
4 oz Hershey bar, grated
1½ cups nuts (your choice)

Blend the oatmeal in blender/food processor to a fine powder.

Cream the butter with both sugars. Add eggs, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to wet. Finally, add chips, chocolate bar and nuts. Form balls and place on baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375º

We got this recipe years ago, in an email from a woman claiming that she had to pay Neiman Marcus $250.00 for this recipe. I don't recall how good it is...
