1 c. Spry
1 t. Salt
1 t. Vanilla
2 Eggs well beaten
1 2/3 c. Flour
¾ t. Soda
2 c. Rolled Oats
2 c. Mincemeat
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Spry, salt, and vanilla. Add beaten eggs and blend. Sift flour with soda and add to creamed mixture, blending well. Add rolled oats and mix thoroughly. Roll dough. Place 1 t. mincemeat on cookie place another cookie on top and press edges together. Bake in moderate over (350) 10 to 15 minutes.
