1 Cup butter or margarine
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 Cup Sour Cream
4 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375º,
Sift dry ingredients -- Cream Margarine/Butter and sugar together...add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and vanilla. Chill dough overnight. Roll out but make sure not to roll too thin. Bake at 375º for about 10 minutes until light brown on a lightly greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. You can sprinkle with sugars before baking or leave with nothing and frost and add sprinkles after baking and cooling.

1 1/2 cup sour cream
6 3/4 cup flour

If you like a soft sugar cookie this is a great recipe. Our favorite is with frosting.
