1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. milk
2 slices white bread
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon and break up with a fork, crushing small bones into mix. (I remove the backbone pieces). Heat milk in sauce pan and add white bread torn in small pieces. Bring to boil. (I usually have to add more milk). Cool slightly. Add salmon, beaten egg, and lemon juice. Cook 5 minutes and let cool. Make patties and roll in dry bread crumbs. Fry in a small amount of oil on medium heat till brown on both sides.

Personal Notes:
Mom fixed this when we went for a visit in Grand Bay one summer. Her salmon always tasted better than I could make.
