Ingredients:  
1. 3 cups water
2. 3 tsps. bouillon powder or cubes
3. 3/4 large can (14.5 oz.) tomato sauce
4. 1/8 heaping tsp. onion powder
5. 1/8 heaping tsp. garlic powder
6. 1/8 heaping tsp. comino
7. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil (enough to cover bottom of pan)
8. 1 3/4 c. long grain rice

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, boil water and chicken bouillon powder or cubes.
2. Put enough oil to cover the bottom of pan.
3. After oil is hot, add rice, onion and garlic powder and comino until rice is brown.
4. Add in tomato sauce and bouillon and cover.
5. Simmer for 15 minutes or until almost all liquid is absorbed.
6. Remove from stove and let sit for 5 minutes.
