1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. butter, chilled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 c. sugar
3 T. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
24 chocolate kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

Grease two 12-cup mini-muffin pans and set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and sugar. Beat at medium speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat at low speed until soft dough forms. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 1 ball in each muffin cup.

Bake for 20-25 min.

Remove from oven and immediately press a kiss into center of each cookie. Let cool for 1 minute before removing from muffin cups.

Makes 2 dozen.
