1 ½ cups peanut butter
½ cup butter or margarine, softened
¾ cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 pkg milk chocolate chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 350
In mixing bowl, cream together peanut butter and butter. Gradually beat in sugars. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Combine oats, flour and baking soda. Blend into creamed mixture, just to combine. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until centers are still soft to touch. Cook cookies slightly, then move them to a wire rack.

Makes about 40 cookies.
