Can of crushed tomatoes
Can of tomato sauce
Oregano
Basil
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste












Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes together. Add oregano, basil and garlic powder to taste. Add salt & pepper.

Simmer. This is your standard marinara sauce that I have used as a base for all
my pasta, lasagna, spare ribs and meat sauces.

Grandma Terry used her home canned tomatoes from my father's garden, and then added Buitoni's pasta sauce. This is my interpretation of that sauce. I can still smell the fresh from the garden aroma when we opened a jar of canned tomatoes that I helps peel in 90 degree temperatures in my mom's kitchen.
