½ cup margarine
½ cup shortening
3½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
2 tsp cream of tartar
1½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Put flour, soda and tartar together, then add to cream mixture. Add vanilla and chill. Roll to ¼" thick or use cookie press. Bake at 350°F for 6-8 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
