6 tbs butter, softened
1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar

1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients together and set to the side


Mix remaining ingredients together. Add the first set of ingredients to this mixture. Roll into spoon size balls. Layer these in a tupperware dish with wax paper between the layers.

You can freeze these just like that and cook however many you want at a time.


Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes
