2 1/4 C flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 sticks butter
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C light brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
3 tsp orange zest
12 oz white chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine flour, salt and baking soda; stir well and set aside. In another bowl beat the butter, white sugar and brown sugar together. Add egg to butter mix, then add orange zest. Stir in white chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
