3/4 cup of softened unsalted butter
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
3/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of sea salt
2 3/4 cups of quick oats
1 cup of raisins

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar until smooth.
3. Beat eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
4. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and sea salt.
5. Mix in oats and raisins.
6. Take 1/4 of dough to make cookie and roll to form ball onto cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Cool slightly and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
