1 Cup Flour
3 tspn baking powder
1 tspn salt
As per Grandma, and you better be listening:
Sift above 3 ingredients 3 times... very important, I said 3 times! :)

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 egg and a 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl
Mound the flour in the middle of a wooden board. Make a well in the center of the flour. Pour the egg and milk into the center of the well. Beat the egg with a fork and mix together until they are completely incorporated.
When the stew is done and simmering:
Add tablespoons of dumpling mixture on top of the stew. Put lid on immediately and leave for 3 minutes. Flip the dumplings, cover, and leave for another 3 minutes. Turn off stove and remove from heat. The dumplings are now done and usually double in size. Enjoy! :)
