8-10 large baking potatoes
2 Sticks of butter
1/2-1 cup whole milk
salt
pepper
seasons salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bake Potatoes 1- 1 1/2 hours until soft
Cool Potatoes until safe to touch
Scoop out potatoes very carefully
Mash with softened butter milk a seasoning
Taste...Taste...Taste...Taste and Taste some more until desired consistency and taste!!!!

Fill shells, top with paprika and a dab with butter.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

This recipe was served by my grandmother at all the holidays. Uncle David eventually took over the job of mashing and tasting. It is now part of our holiday tradition for thanksgiving and many Jewish Holidays. It is a family project to taste until perfect!!
