2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups white granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cups dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add in egg and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
Beat in flour, baking soda and salt.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Roll a heaping tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball and arrange 12 on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Flatten out each cookie with bottom of a glass. Moisten the glass with water to avoid sticking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 mins. until golden brown.
