2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Beat eggs with electric mixer. Add sugar and beat well. Blend in remaining ingredients.
Turn into greased 2 qt. casserole.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and while still hot beat with a wooden spoon until it turns brown and all the ingredients are well mixed. When mixture is cooler, form into small balls (the size of a large acorn) and roll in sugar.

I find it helpful to put margarine on the palm of my hands when rolling the balls to keep the mixture from sticking to my hands.

These can be frozen.
