4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate or
14 Tbsp cocoa plus 4 tsp margarine
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat, melt chocolate and margarine(or melt in microwave). Cool a bit and add sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. When all 4 beat in add flour,baking powder, salt and vanilla. Beat well. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees, but be sure to not over bake.
