2 c Sugar
3/4 c butter
2/3 c evap. milk
4 oz. size butterscotch instant pudding and 3 1/2 c Quick cooking oats, stirred together.

Bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add pudding and oats. Stir well and let cool 15 min. Drop by tsp onto waxed paper.
