3/4 c. Softened reduced-fat butter
1 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. 2% milk
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. All-purpose Flour
1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 c. Quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 c. Dried cranberries
1 c. Chopped & peeled tart apple
1/2 c. Chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º
In a large bowl, cream butter & brown sugar until light & fluffy.
Beat in the egg, milk & vanilla.
Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, & nutmeg; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
Stir in remaining ingredients
Drop by rounded TB 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool 2 minutes before removing to wire racks
