1 lb ground beef
1 c chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c celery tops, chopped fine
1/2 pint sour cream
1 c uncooked macaroni (bow ties are excellent)
1 large can tomato juice (V-8 juice adds more flavor)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer onion until transparent. Brown ground beef adding salt and pepper. In a large casserole, mix onion, ground beef, uncooked macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, celery tops, and juice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until macaroni is tender and juice is absorbed. Remove from oven and fold in sour cream. Serve immediately.
