1 C brown sugar
1 C white sugar
1 C shortening
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 C flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1 C sunflower seeds
2 C oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Mix together sugars, shortening. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder. Stir in sunflower seeds and oatmeal.

Form into balls and bake for 10-12 minutes.
