1 large banana, mashed
1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, PB2 – your choice)
1 ½ cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free all purpose flour
1 scoop protein powder – your choice
1 container of applesauce (the ones that come in the 6 pack)
½ cup honey
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 -2 cups of your choice of raisins, dried cranberries, nuts, chocolate chips – your dream combo.

Directions:

Combine mashed banana, nut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Combine flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking soda in another bowl. Combine the two mixtures. Add in chocolate chips/dried fruit/nuts. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper – drop cookie mix on sheet. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
