1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3/4 Tsp. Salt
5-6 Apples
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/3 Cup Butter - Melted

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease and flour a 9" deep dish pie plate.
Mix flour, baking powder, egg sugar and salt - set aside.
Core, peel and thinky slice apples.
Arrange apples over bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle flour mixture over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon - Pour melted butter over all ingredients.
Bake 350º - 30 - 35 minutes.
